Returns & Refunds Policy
At Tarot Collective we strive to provide high-quality, custom-made products that meet your expectations. As we operate on a print-on-demand model, all items are uniquely produced when ordered, meaning we do not support returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color selection, or a change of mind.
However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will gladly address any issues related to manufacturing defects or damages.
Eligibility for a Replacement or Refund
We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or Defective Products – If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
✅ Printing Errors – If the print is significantly misaligned beyond a 0.5″ tolerance for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products.
✅ Incorrect Items – If you receive the wrong product, design, or size due to an error on our part.
If your order falls into any of the above categories, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery by sending an email to myfreetarotreading@gmail.com. Ensure you provide:
- A clear photo showing the issue.
- If multiple items are affected, an additional image or video displaying all faulty items in one frame.
Once reviewed, we will either offer a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
🚫 Wrong Size or Color Ordered – Please double-check our size guides before purchasing.
🚫 Change of Mind – As each product is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for personal preference changes.
🚫 Minor Print Placement Variations – DTG prints may have a 0.5″ tolerance for placement shifts, which are not considered defects.
🚫 Unsuccessful Delivery – If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may request a reprint at an additional charge or a partial refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to your original payment method.
